• Koenig & Bauer Durst to unveil important announcements at live event
• Global packaging expert Thomas Reiner will also provide expert corrugated packaging insights
• Brand owner and retail thinking will also be among topics under discussion.
At a one-day event held by König and Bauer-Dorset on May 12, 2015 in Lions, Austria, the challenges facing Carrogate are discussed, contributing to sustainable development and environmental protection.
By easing travel restrictions, carton makers working with Carrogate will be able to gather at the KBA Dorset Innovation Centre. At the ceremony, Thomas Rayner, co-founder and directors of Brandt Company, will discuss the key points of Carrogate. Among the views that Thomas Rayner will talk about is how brands plan for digitalization.
The keynote address will be given by Thomas Reiner, co-founder and CEO of Berndt & Partner.
Also at the event, König and Bauer-Dorset will provide important information such as updating products in line with global digitalization. The main theme of the ceremony will be "Driving Trends for Digitalisation in Carrogate."
"With factors such as extreme inflationary pressures, carton makers are looking to optimize production by reducing tailings and increasing the value of the product," König And Bauer-Dorset CEO Robert Stubler said. Reduced preparation times and low circulations at the same time as the work situation become unpredictable are all factors that drive production to digital printing at one stage.
He added: "We are very keen for the May 12 event and look forward to discussing new challenges and opportunities in the Cargate market.
